To develop an attractive urban environment around the dome transit district to create positive aspects of transit experience. Ensuring this through designing to maximize walkability and accessibility to public transportation

Walkability is a excellent element for good urban fabric. My goal is to promote walkability through prioritizing pedestrians, mixture of land uses, integrated with streets and open spaces, all designed for people. Tacoma dome district present such an opportunity for a transit-oriented development (TOD). One those principle is mix use developments.
