Abstract
With its vast volumes of information and quick access, the Internet has changed how, where and when we learn (Brown, 2000; G. Siemens, 2005). In the workplace, the Internet has enabled less dependence on formal training and more dependence on self-directed, specific and just-in-time knowledge acquisition.
