Abstract

This TAC Talks addresses the need for libraries and librarians to address climate change among themselves and patrons. It emphasizes the crisis that is climate change, the role of libraries in addressing climate change, and building resilience, awareness, and action in the face of climate change.

Erika L. Wigren received her Masters of Library & Information Science in June 2019 from the iSchool, University of Washington. She is a UW Tacoma alum and, at the time of this TAC Talk, she was the Digital Projects Specialist for the UW Tacoma Library.
